Night Falls on the Harborfront

The best vantage point to shoot the city skyline is by the theater on the esplanade close to the Singapore Flyer. You can clearly see the iconic Fullerton Hotel and the skyscrapers looming behind it. I waited for sunset in order to get that glowing night effect but still with a light sky. Just as I was setting up the tripod, it started to rain so I was just able to fire off a couple of shots before running for shelter, camera and tripod underneath my shirt!
