Colored Umbrellas in Ghost City

The cruise ship on the Yangtze River stopped in Fengdu and we went on a shore excursion to the Ghost City, so named after the legendary ghosts in Ming mountain which overlooks the city. There were structures and sculptures of various representations of hell but what caught my eye amidst all the gloom and doom were these colorful umbrellas that were being sold outside one of the temples. It took some convincing before the wife agreed to pose beside them in order to give a sense of scale.
